At LeSueur Car Company we have been lucky enough to do business with people from all over the country and now even outside of the country, with some vehicles being shipped to Canada! Thanks to the internet, it’s not uncommon for customers to look at inventory online from all over the country while searching for the perfect vehicle. Even though this practice is becoming more prevalent, we wanted to tell you a little bit about how we help customers feel confident in their purchase without ever coming into the store.
The customer experience has always been the first priority for us. Our customers commonly mention the no pressure environment of our store in their reviews. The same goes for customers who are shopping digitally. We will never pressure you into a decision. In fact we won’t try to “sell” you at all. We understand that you know what you want and don’t need to be sold. You just need the right product, provided by people you trust and feel comfortable with. So our only priority is to provide you with all the information you need to make your choice. Each vehicle we stock has over 17 pictures posted on our website and we provide Carfax Reports on all of our cars. Each vehicle passes through our multi-point bumper to bumper inspection in our service department before being made available for purchase.
Technology allows us to communicate through many different channels. Calls, texts, and emails get out of state buyers all the information they need. We can provide all the technical details of the vehicle, vehicle history report (Carfax), features, and more via email and phone. We also like to use tools like FaceTime to do virtual demos for our customers. We can walk them around the vehicle, highlighting all of the features and showing the condition of paint and body. The same can be done for the interior. We can even set up dash cams and take customers on a virtual test drive. All details of the vehicle will be disclosed. By the time an out of state buyer purchases they have usually spent as much time looking at the car than those who actually come in to the store to buy. We have also found that some out of state buyers get piece of mind from a 3rd Party inspection, and we are more than happy to help facilitate in any way we can.
